How the 3-Step Wizard Works
Step 1: Choose Fulfillment
First, decide how Amazon ships your products:
- FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon): Amazon stores and ships. Advantage: Prime badge, higher Buy Box chance. Downside: FBA fees.
- FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant): You ship yourself. Advantage: More control, no Amazon storage fees. Downside: No Prime badge.
The choice applies to all listings in the current batch. You can run multiple batches with different fulfillment methods.
Step 2: Select Marketplaces
Choose individually which EU marketplaces your products should appear on:
- Amazon.de (Germany)
- Amazon.fr (France)
- Amazon.it (Italy)
- Amazon.es (Spain)
- Amazon.nl (Netherlands)
Each marketplace is individually selectable. List on just DE + FR, or go full Pan-EU with all five at once.
Step 3: Add Products
Two ways to add products:
CSV Upload (for bulk): - Drag and drop your CSV file - Auto-detection of delimiter (comma, semicolon, tab) - Auto-detection of language (DE/EN headers) - Required fields: SKU, ASIN, Price - Optional: Quantity, Condition (New/Used)
Manual Entry (for individual products): - Enter SKU + ASIN + Price per row - Add more rows with one click
ASIN Preview: Check Before You List
After upload, the Listing Creator shows you for each ASIN:
- Product image directly from Amazon
- Title of the product
- Brand
- Category
- EAN/UPC
- Current Sales Rank
This means you can verify the ASIN is correct and the product actually exists before committing. No surprises after creation.
Batch Creation: The Power of Multiplication
The core feature: enter 2 products and select 4 marketplaces, and the Listing Creator automatically creates 8 listings (2 x 4). With 50 products across 5 markets: 250 listings with one click instead of 250 manual steps in Seller Central.
Live Progress and Error Handling
During creation you see in real time:
- Progress bar with overall completion
- Status per item: Pending, Success or Error
- Error details: If Amazon rejects a listing, you see immediately why (e.g. "ASIN not approved in category", "Brand restricted")
- Seller Central links: After successful creation, direct links to your new listings
Listing History
All created listings are saved in the history:
- Filter by Status (Success/Error/Pending), Marketplace and Fulfillment
- Search by SKU or ASIN
- Product images, title, brand, category, EAN
- Error details for failed listings
